JAY SMITH

Jay Smith is a native of Michigan and graduate of the US Air Force Academy. As an Olmsted Scholar, he received his master’s degree from the University of Aix-Marseille in France.

Formerly a career soldier and statesman, he now focuses on achieving the best education and training outcomes for graduate education. He has volunteered intermittently with ICC Eurasia since 2005.

He is married to Jennifer Smith from Texas. They have five children and have served 16 years overseas, in Italy, France, Poland, Bulgaria, and most recently in Germany.
